INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here.
ACCESS
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, including the delightful outdoor fireplace. This feature provides a cozy and inviting space for you to relax and unwind, creating memorable moments during your stay.
For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.
TRANSIT
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, including the delightful outdoor fireplace. This feature provides a cozy and inviting space for you to relax and unwind, creating memorable moments during your stay.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note that accessing the cabin requires climbing one flight of stairs. We want to ensure that our guests are aware of this requirement for their convenience and comfort during their stay.
This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience.
Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.
Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
Booking Confirmation Procedure:
Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 21 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation.
Heated Indoor Pool: Our cabin features a private indoor plunge pool that is heated for your enjoyment. The pool's temperature is carefully maintained between 80 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay.
Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.
Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. This home is equipped with a noise detector that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, and temperature) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property.
Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog-friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet-friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you!
Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain an uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours.

Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property.
Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet.
