Sevierville Haven

We had a great time. The pool was a fun bonus and the kids loved the movie theater. The house was clean and we had a nice surprise of s’more’s supplies when we arrived. The host was very informative and friendly and we cannot say enough nice things about the house. It is a little further away from pigeon forge and other towns, which gave it a feeling of peacefulness but also meant we had to travel a ways (30 minutes) to get to groceries and other amenities (restaurants or stores). But we knew that going in so it wasn’t a problem.

Awnna is a great host! We got clear instructions, and any questions we had, she was quick to respond. This place exceeded our expectations. The views from the balconies were spectacular. The kids were always entertained between the game room, theater set up, pool, jacuzzi, and slide in the room for the kids. The place is very spacious, and was very clean. All the bedrooms have bathrooms, which was nice for our larger group. The location is great. It is tucked away in the mountains, but still close to most activities we had planned (such as Dollywood). We had an amazing trip and my family is already talking about wanting to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! This house was perfect for three families with kids— tons of space, plenty to do, and the parents could relax while the kids stayed fully entertained. It was one of the most well-stocked Airbnbs we’ve stayed in — fans, irons, spices, dish soap, coffee etc. The area was great for walking and the mountain views were beautiful. The house is not isolated as pictured- many neighboring houses nearby -but they were no issue. We suggest stopping at Publix on the way in so you can enjoy the cabin and spend less time running errands. There’s a small grocery mart ~9 minutes away and restaurants/groceries ~30 minutes out. We loved cooking at the cabin! The host was very responsive -excellent hospitality! A few notes: the futon isn’t a true sleeper, so bring an air mattress if you have >13 people. The king beds were quite firm, so consider a topper if sensitive. Also, backyard netting is hard to see--be careful with littles. Don't forget firewood & goggles.
