The open-concept main living area brings everyone together with a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here.
ACCESS
For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check-in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.
TRANSIT
There is parking for two vehicles in front of the cabin. Please be careful since the access road is quite steep.
There are two steps to get from the street to the porch of the cabin. Once inside the cabin has steps to the upstairs area and steps downstairs. It also has a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience.
Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
Booking Confirmation Procedure:
Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• No parties/fraternity groups allowed.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation.
Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors.
No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property.
Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you!
Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain an uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours.

Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property.
Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet.
