Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay: -Maximum of 4 vehicles; no street parking, RVs, trailers, or ATVs -Quiet hours: 9 p.m.–7 a.m. (be VERY mindful of hot tub use after 10 p.m.) -Be a good neighbor by keeping outdoor voices and music low, especially when enjoying the hot tub -No parties or events without prior approval -Please use plastic glassware in the hot tub (provided) -No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property -No pets (thank you for understanding—some guests have allergies) -Please remove outdoor shoes when inside the home -For winter stays, a 4WD vehicle with snow tires is strongly recommended Local ordinances require us to have a Responsible Agent available.
