This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

If you are planning a stay with us during the winter, we strongly recommend arriving in a four-wheel-drive vehicle with snow tires, as roads leading to the property may be steep and icy during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

No Events & Parties
Events and parties are not permitted. If law enforcement is called due to disturbances at the property, a minimum $250 charge will be applied to the credit card on file per incident, with risk of immediate eviction.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in is only possible if the home is cleaned and ready, and must be approved in advance through Wander Concierge.

Hot Tub Policies
Be mindful of use and noise after 10 PM. Only plastic glassware may be used in and around the hot tub—these are provided at the home.

No Shoes Indoors
Please remove shoes inside the home to help keep floors clean and in good condition.

Booking Requirement
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
