The house was fantastic and very thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the spacious rooms and gorgeous bathrooms. The jacuzzi was wonderful and accommodating for us all. We especially loved the game room and had a blast playing shuffle board. The views were gorgeous. 10/10

This home was a perfect setup for 6 adult couples. The home was clean and looked just like the photos. All the bedrooms were equal in size with similar attached bathrooms and furnishings so no coin-flipping for the best room was necessary. We loved the outdoor spaces which had plenty of seating for all of us. I also appreciate that the indoor common spaces were large enough for 12 people to be comfortable. 2 fridges were appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet but full of narrow, twisty roads so not really safe to be out walking on. We saw a bear walk by the first evening there. The neighborhood pool is very close by and we enjoyed that one hot afternoon. The kitchen could have used some larger frying pans…it was difficult to cook breakfast for 12 in the pans provided. Also, if you are planning to cook here, bring all the panty staples you will need as there wasn’t even salt and pepper in the cabinets.

We had an incredible stay at this vacation home and would absolutely come back! The mountain views were stunning, and our group of 10 adults especially loved gathering around the fire pits on both deck levels to relax, chat, and take in the scenery. One thing to note—there are definitely bears in the area. They were amazing to watch, but they will get into vehicles, so be sure to lock your doors and keep any food out of your car overnight. The house itself was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group. The beds were cozy, and everyone had plenty of room to unwind without feeling crowded. The swim spa was a huge highlight—perfect after a day of exploring—and the game room kept everyone entertained in the evenings. The only improvement we’d suggest is updating the grill, though it still got the job done. That said, the rental company was extremely responsive—they delivered a grill brush to the house within 15 minutes of our request, which was impressive customer service! The location couldn’t have been better—perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, making it easy to access everything while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. The home is at the top of a very windy road, so a little caution is needed when driving. There’s also a trolley stop at the welcome center at the bottom of the hill, which was super convenient. Overall, this place checked every box for a fun and relaxing group getaway. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!
