Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.
The Smoky Mountains are also home to large seasonal populations of ladybugs, and it’s common for a few to make their way indoors. They’re harmless, don’t affect food, and aren’t a sign of a cleanliness issue. If you spot any, they can simply be vacuumed and may appear again during certain times of year.
This home is in a growing neighborhood, with new homes being built above and below it, so you may hear or experience construction sounds from these neighboring properties during weekdays. Some construction may also obstruct the views from the home. Wander Concierge is happy to answer any questions or concerns.
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
