About the property

Studio 54 is a sunlit sanctuary tucked inside the private gates of Soliman Bay, Tulum. With breezy social spaces and warm, minimalist interiors, the villa embodies luxury beachfront living. Built for slow mornings and long afternoons, it invites you to reconnect with nature—without missing a beat of Tulum’s energy.

This six-bedroom villa spans over 800 square meters, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. A private cinema, rooftop pool, indoor gym and included chef services elevate the stay, while thoughtful design makes it ideal for families and groups looking to relax in style.

• Studio 54 is located in the private, gated community of Soliman Bay—just 15 minutes north of Tulum town. Guests love the peaceful setting, where calm waters and palm-lined shores offer a serene contrast to the energy of town.

• The villa includes full-time chef service from 8am to 4pm, serving breakfast, lunch & snacks. Additional dinner service is available at an additional $15 USD per guest. Ingredients are billed at the end of your stay. We recommend budgeting around $40–50 USD per day per person for all three meals.

• Your personal concierge will greet you at the villa and remain available throughout your stay to coordinate airport transfers, dinner reservations, and local experiences.

• A cinema room, indoor gym, rooftop pool, and breezy open-plan living area make Studio 54 one of the most feature-rich villas in Soliman Bay.

• Paddle boards and kayaks are available for exploring the bay, and snorkel gear is provided to enjoy the vibrant marine life just off the beach.

• All bedrooms include AC, ceiling fans, and personal safes for added comfort and peace of mind.

• Pets may be accepted on request with prior approval from the owner.
