This luxurious wine country retreat offers sweeping vistas in every direction and is the perfect setting to unwind, celebrate, or reconnect. Sonoma Mountain Nest is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom brand-new retreat that delivers breathtaking views from every window—especially at sunset, when the sky melts into vibrant hues of orange, red, pink, and purple. The main house features an open kitchen, spacious living room, and dining area overlooking the pool with unobstructed visibility for miles. A detached 1-bedroom private guest house offers standalone privacy and even more jaw-dropping views.

The main house includes an open-concept kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining area that opens up to a pool deck with uninterrupted views of Sonoma Valley. The detached 1-bedroom private guest house is perched just above, offering even more privacy and epic sunsets. Just steps from the home is a brand new pickleball and basketball court for guest use—equipment included.
Interior Details
Natural light fills every corner of Sonoma Mountain Nest. Enter through the front door into a dramatic great room with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, an open kitchen, and a large dining area. The kitchen features restaurant-grade appliances and seating for six at the island—perfect for morning coffee or a wine tasting setup.
Between the great room and the primary suite is a cozy library with couches and a TV—the ideal spot to curl up with a book or enjoy a quiet movie night.
Each bedroom includes floor-to-ceiling windows, ample closet space, and ensuite bathrooms. The primary suite has its own sitting area and an oversized walk-in closet, along with a spa-like bathroom featuring an open-concept shower and a deep soaking tub.
All other full bathrooms also include open showers. The detached 1-bedroom guest house sits on a rise above the main home and includes a living room and bedroom with expansive views of the valley below.
Exterior Details
The grounds of Sonoma Mountain Nest are beautifully landscaped with flower beds, native plants, and stone pathways that connect the main house to the guest house. At the center of it all is a stunning pool and concrete patio with chaise lounges—ideal for lounging in the sun or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon.
Pool Heating: Pool heating fee is $200/day May 1–Oct 1, $300/day otherwise. Please designate if you'd like to exercise this option at least 48 hours prior to arrival..
In the breezeway just outside the great room, you’ll find a BBQ grill and a table with seating for four. A short walk away is a scenic pickleball and basketball court, available exclusively to the surrounding private estate and stocked with paddles and balls for your enjoyment.
Pet Fee:
A non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet will be applied. This fee is used for a deep cleaning to ensure the comfort of all guests, particularly those with allergies. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and cleaned up after during your stay.
