Wander Sonoma Hollow

The countryside is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including rodents, lizards, frogs, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited, including the use of Bluetooth speakers in the pool area.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is available year-round. There is a pool heating fee of $95 per day from July to August, $150 per day for April to June and September to October, and $195 per day from November to March. Please note that it is not heated on the day of departure unless the heating fee is paid for.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Hosting parties and events is strictly not allowed in this Wander.

Lost Clicker

A remote clicker is stored in the wooden bowl near the front door, which can be used to unlock the gate when going out for walks. You are welcome to take this remote with you, but please remember to return it to its proper place. Failure to do so will result in a $300 fee.
