Because the home is located on the upper part of the mountain, cell service is generally strong at the property. However, the road leading to the home may have spotty reception.
We recommend saving the Wi-Fi password and access codes in advance and downloading offline maps prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and safe drive. Please note that cell signal strength can vary depending on terrain, time of day, weather conditions, and whether you are inside or outside of a vehicle or home.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
Please note that the road leading to the home is steep, narrow, and winding, and may be rough in certain areas. Once you arrive, we recommend planning ahead for groceries and errands, as driving back down the hill may be inconvenient.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 8 guests. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
The pool is available year-round. Heating is available for an additional fee of $200 per day from May 1 through October 1, and $300 per day on all other dates. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
