This 5BR/4BA 8.6 acre estate overlooks its own 3 acre vineyard and features a main house and guest house that together sleep 12. The home has a private pool, hot tub, landscaped lawns, separate structure with a 400 sq ft gym, and numerous outdoor areas. A meditation garden with a reflection pond offers the perfect spot for relaxing during the day or sipping wine at sunset. Every room in this estate exudes elegance and style. The main house features a comfortable living area, dining room, and three separate bedrooms, including a palatial master that occupies the entire floor. One of the bedrooms also has a Queen pull out sofa. Steps away from the main house, the guest cottage boasts similar charms. Two bedrooms, a living room with a King pull out sofa, a full kitchen and dining areas. Perfect for those in the group needing a bit more privacy. INSIDE THE HOUSE Enjoy meals overlooking the pool and the rolling vineyard beyond in the dining space with seating for 10. The gourmet kitchen offers contemporary appliances including a six-top gas stove, dishwasher, two ovens and plenty of counter cooking space. The master bedroom suite encompasses the entire second floor and boasts a queen bed, large soaking tub and an office. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while a third bedroom also has a queen bed. Each bedroom in the main house has its own bathroom. The guest cottage sits steps away from the main house. This private retreat has two bedrooms (one room with a king bed and a loft with two twin beds), a full kitchen, and a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The living room has a large pull out sofa. OUTSIDE THE HOUSE The sprawling grounds of this estate include a pool, gas grill, a fire pit, a bocce ball court, numerous dining and sitting areas, a pickleball/basketball court and a meditation garden with a reflecting pond and seating. Please inquire for pool heating cost. From November to April the pool heating fee can be $1,000+. The hot tub heated free of charge. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is about a 1.5-hour drive. Consider using ride-sharing services or pre-booking a private car for convenient travel to and from the property. Local taxi services are also available, though availability may vary. Please note that public transportation options are limited in this area. We can also arrange private transportation through LegacyRnR, including a 11-passenger van and a 6-passenger Cadillac Escalade, perfect for wine tours and airport transfers. Important Information for Your Stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow our team to prepare the property for the next guests. The property has ample free parking for up to 5 vehicles. Please note that amplified outdoor music is not permitted at any time, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, in accordance with Sonoma County regulations. The pool heating fee can be $1,000+ from November to April, please inquire for more details. The hot tub is heated free of charge. The minimum age to book is 25. Parties and events are not allowed.
