Here are some things which you should know before booking Wander Sonoma Valley
There is poor cell coverage in this area. We recommend taking note of the directions to the home, WiFi password, and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.
Do not touch wildlife. The area is home to snakes and mountain lions. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch, but may not be for everyone or suitable for small children or pets.
We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, you risk eviction.
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above (8) to avoid cancellation of your stay. Additionally, only 3 vehicles may be parked.
Exploring Beyond the Property
Please note that there is no direct access to vineyards, the lake, or hiking trails from the property. However, the surrounding area is beautiful and located within an active bee farm, so some level of wildlife should be expected. If you're looking to enjoy lakeside spots, vineyard visits, or hiking, there are nearby locations that offer those experiences, though they are not included with the home booking.
The pool is open only during the warmer months, April through late November. A $200 per day fee applies for pool heating throughout this period.
Please contact the Concierge team at least 4 days before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Heating the pool will take up to 2 full days during warmer weather and up to 4 full days in cooler weather.
The pool is cleaned and chemicals are adjusted weekly on Tuesdays.
Wander has strict “no party” “no event” policies to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for guests and respect neighboring residents unless previously communicated and paid for via our Concierge Team.
By booking, you agree any events or professional projects must be confirmed with Concierge first. By booking an event, you understand we require a deposit, event rates, and a contract. To get rolling, you may email hello@wander.com
