Violations will be fined per our House Rules.- Please keep exterior noise to a minimum. Amplified music is not allowed outdoors.- Be aware that wildlife like insects and snakes may be present around this property. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but we recommend keeping the doors & windows closed during your stay.- Please note, the road leading up to the home is one lane and rather windy. Please watch speed and drive carefully.- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- AC temperature should not be set below 72 degrees for extended periods of time so as to prevent HVAC maintenance issues.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.Parking Details:No more than 4 cars can fit on the driveway.The garage is not available for guest use.There is absolutely no parking on the street. It obstructs the path of cars should there be an emergency.This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!---This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties.
