Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning, including this property. We provide fans that can be used to stay cool and comfortable.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties, playing music with doors and windows open, using the hot tub, or creating excessive noise at night, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. Use of the hot tub and pool is also restricted to before 10 PM for this reason.

Any disturbances may result in a citation or immediate eviction in accordance with county regulations.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

This property comes with a main house with 3 bedrooms, a guest house with 1 bedroom and a container unit with 1 extra bedroom.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This Wander has a strict “no party” “no event” policies to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for guests and respect neighboring residents. Weddings, receptions, or similar events are strictly prohibited. The property is closely monitored, and any violation will result in immediate eviction.
