Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Construction
The Desert Color Community is a growing community with new amenities and homes under construction. There may be some construction noise during normal business hours. We ask that you stay clear of any active work zones that are clearly marked.

Temporary Lagoon Closure Notice
Unfortunately, the lagoon at Desert Color Resort will remain indefinitely closed to water clarity issues. We understand this unexpected closure may be disappointing, especially for those who were looking forward to spending time at the lagoon.

Although Wander does not oversee the resort's amenities directly, your experience remains a top priority. Rest assured, every effort is being made to ensure the rest of your stay is just as relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable as planned.

Private Chef
You can book a private chef during your stay if you’d like meals prepared in-home. Chef April Wray offers custom menus for casual dinners, special occasions, or multi-course experiences and can handle shopping, prep, cooking, and clean-up.

The minimum age to book this home is 21 years old.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 34 people. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above at any point to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Please be aware that during the winter months, pool heating may take longer than usual to reach the desired temperature due to colder ambient temperatures. Additionally, extreme weather conditions may impact heating efficiency.
