Open airy and oh so spacious! This 2023 year built home is beautifully decorated and appointed, there's a space for everyone to curl up, play games, and watch TV in multiple locations. The house offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

  • 1st floor (The Grand Room) has a master en-suite
  • 2nd floor (The Master Bedroom) has a huge, screened porch & great sunsets, additional sleep sofa, huge bathroom, walk in shower, private toilet room & large walk-in closet
  • 2nd floor (The Mermaid Room) has two queen beds & a daybed with a twin pullout
  • 2nd floor (Bunk Room) has bunk bed comprised of two queen beds (yup, QUEEN beds) & a twin pullout
    -The Mermaid Room & Bunk Room share a very large bath
  • Laundry room is on the 2nd floor
  • New Outdoor KITCHEN w/ Gas Grill & Seats 4

Parking Is Super Easy On The Island. Rent A Golf Cart to Buggy Around. Shops Closeby For Bike Rentals, Boogie Boards, Paddleboards & Many Fun Ways To Keep Exploring The Island!

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home and St. George Island. We would not hesitate to visit St George Island again and stay at Kelsey’s place. It was well appointed. We especially appreciated the kitchen that had everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. We also loved the heated swimming pool. We had a wonderful Christmas week! Thank you!

First time to St. George Island and we didn't want to leave! Kelsey and Heidi are great host! Quick to respond to all my questions, even made a house call! The house was beautiful, fit our family well and we enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer! Great indoor and outdoor living spaces. The beach was just two blocks away, the bay just one block. Restaurants and the grocery store were just a few blocks from the house. My group felt right to home! We will be a returning customer.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was fabulous- well appointed, welcoming, comfortable, and pristine. Linens and baths were incredible. Hosts were responsive, kind, snd knowledgeable, but by no means intrusive. Plenty of space for more people than the three we had! Feb was a little chilly for us- might wait until March next time!
