Wander St. Thomas Shores

While the house has fast WiFi, cell phone service is limited in this community. We recommend taking note of the map directions to the property, the WiFi password, and the access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or building.

We suggest bringing mosquito repellent if you plan to be outdoors in the evenings. While we strive to maintain a comfortable space, a little extra protection will enhance your enjoyment of the beautiful surroundings.

There is NO beach access here but there is a beach that's an 8-10 minute drive away from the property.

This home uses cisterns for its water supply, and we ask that you be mindful of your water consumption during your stay. Please avoid overusing/wasting water whenever possible.

There is a $100 daily fee for pool heating. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Note the heater may only be powered on once during your trip, and the maximum temperature would be around 82 °F.

Please be aware that the pool is serviced weekly on Fridays, and the pool technician will need access to it. However, they will not disturb you during your stay.

Late Checkout Policy

Please note that checkout is strictly at 10 AM, unless prior approval has been granted by our Concierge team.

To ensure a smooth transition for incoming guests and our cleaning staff, unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $300 fee. If you need additional time, please reach out to Concierge in advance — we’re happy to assist where possible.
