The beautiful Mountain Vista residence at One Steamboat Place offers privacy and slopeside access, close to the Steamboat gondola. It boasts impressive, unmatched views of Mt. Werner with a sweeping view to the south of the incredible Yampa Valley from the living room, deck, and every bedroom. The home is beautifully decorated with one-of-a-kind artwork throughout.
Mountain Vista provides easy access to the pool area, fitness center, and One Steamboat Place’s luxurious day spa. This residence features a large living area with a spacious open floor plan connecting the dining and living areas to the kitchen with plenty of room to relax together. A walkout deck extends the living room and offers expansive views of the ski area, the mountains to the east, and the valley to the south.
The professionally equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry offers a large kitchen island with extra seating, Viking appliances, and a Nespresso machine for the coffee aficionados in your group. Outdoor grilling is a cinch with the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck while you admire the stunning views of the lighted trees after dark. The adjoining dining area features a large dining table with ample contemporary dining chairs while the beautiful living room is highlighted by a large, inviting fireplace and updated furnishings.
The four bedrooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The primary bedroom has the added ambiance of a large gas fireplace. Every bedroom offers spectacular views, contemporary décor, televisions, and abundant natural light. The attached bathroom offers a steam shower, Jacuzzi tub, and dual sink vanity. The junior primary provides a luxurious spa-like ensuite bathroom with a steam shower and a Jacuzzi tub to warm you up after a day on the slopes. The third bedroom includes a queen bed while the fourth offers an additional two full beds, both with their own ensuite bathroom.

One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
