Enjoy luxury and comfort at Bison Peak residence, a four bedroom mountain retreat at One Steamboat Place, located on Steamboat Square and offering the ultimate slopeside and gondola access.
This floor plan of this stunning residence features a large open living area that is perfect for entertaining. Comfortable couches invite conversation, games and movie night in front of a toasty fireplace. A beautiful and professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances, including a 6-burner gas range will delight any aspiring chefs and there is a built-in Viking gas grill on the deck. Enjoy seating for 8 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island.
The primary suite features a king bed, valley views, gas fireplace, and a spa-like attached bath complete with a large dual vanity, steam shower, and soaking tub with more great views. Three other bedrooms are on the opposite end of the residence including a king bedroom with ensuite overlooking Gondola Square, a dual queen bedroom and fun bunkroom kids will love with two built in twin over twin bunks, with two additional twin trundles, and an ensuite bathroom with tub. All rooms enjoy large windows inviting natural light with views of the valley and gondola square.
A beautiful private office with soundproof walls, a door and dual monitors with docking station is perfect for anyone working remotely to catch up on some work. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway.
Given its central location in One Steamboat Place, Bison Creek is one of only two residences that has direct unit access to both the East Wing amenities and West Wing amenities.

One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
