Welcome to Andalusian Lodge, an exceptional new-build luxury home with stunning architectural detail, incredible decks with a fire pit and private hot tub, and close proximity to skiing. This gorgeous new home has modern and high-end finishes with luxury amenities throughout, serving as the perfect home base for your Steamboat vacation.
The upper main level home has a beautiful open layout with wood flooring and large windows letting in natural light. Relax on the large sectional or comfy side chairs in front of a stylish rectangular gas fireplace and large wall-mounted TV.
The chefs in your group will love the gourmet kitchen complete with a double Wolf oven and range, two dishwashers, and a large Wolf refrigerator with two freezer drawers. A stunning quartz center island is a focal point with an extra large sink, double faucets, and seating for five. A spacious butler's pantry lives behind the kitchen, complete with a Wolf espresso coffee machine, coffee bar, tea kettle, microwave, plenty of storage space, and many appliances including a Vitamix, and a rice cooker. A great place for meal prep with a small sink, counter space, and kitchen tools.
In the center of the room is a large dining table that seats 12 under chic lighting, a wonderful place for family meals and entertaining. In warmer months enjoy meals outside on a gorgeous deck, with a covered dining table, or relax under the stars on comfortable outdoor couch seating and swivel chairs around the large circular fire pit. A high-end, large Hestan grill with rotisserie and smoker set is on the deck for some exciting meal options.
Just off the kitchen, also with deck access, is a family room with another oversized sectional couch, fireplace, a TV, and a double wine fridge. A powder room is also on this level.
Up a half flight of stairs, under an extraordinary chandelier, is a door to the back deck with a covered private hot tub, for a relaxing soak after a day of adventure.
On the upper level is the primary king suite, a beautiful space with stylish decor, large windows, a TV, and a large walk-in closet. A gorgeous ensuite with beautiful tilework features a large walk-in shower and spacious vanity with double sinks. A stackable washer and dryer are in the hall for convenience, or utilize the many laundry shoots, sending clothes to the lower level laundry room. Three other suites are on the upper level, a full-over-full bunk room, and two king suites, all with TVs and stylish furnishings.
Retire to the lower level for some family time in the entertainment room, with an inviting super-sized sectional couch and a large flat-screen TV that's perfect for movie night. Challenge a family member to a game of ping pong or game of Scrabble on the oversized wall-mounted board. Or compete for the highest scores on one of three new full-size, standup pinball machines. Also on this level is a king room with a TV and a shared bathroom. Also on this level is a laundry room with two washers and dryers, and a stainless steel fridge and freezer to store your favorite beverages and snacks. There is also plenty of storage for gear and clothing in the mudroom and heated garage. There is room for one vehicle in the garage and two more in the driveway.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
For added convenience, guests have easy access to the Trailhead Lodge amenities, including the pool, hot tubs, fitness, and game rooms. Getting to the Tennis Center at Steamboat could not be more convenient for your next pickleball or tennis match. For easy access to the ski slopes, you can utilize the private Wildhorse gondola, just a 5-minute walk from the home and takes you straight up to the main gondola. Or simply schedule a pickup with the Moving Mountains complimentary ski shuttle to be whisked right up to the base area or downtown for shopping and dining.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Colorado's mountain towns are busy with construction each spring, summer, and fall. This home is experiencing disruption from a nearby project. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows. Rates have been reduced to accommodate inconveniences that may be present.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
