Take your Steamboat vacation up a notch at Capitol Peak, a unique two-story residence in One Steamboat Place, a slopeside private residence club that combines the ultimate in ski-in/ski-out access with sophisticated comfort and style.
Capitol Peak offers stunning views of the ski mountain and valley below—best enjoyed from the generous wraparound deck or through the floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. After a day full of mountain adventures, sink into the cozy living room in front of the stone fireplace for après and conversation, or games and a movie on the big-screen smart TV.
The open concept kitchen, with top-of-the-line Viking appliances and an oversized kitchen island serves as the heart of the home. Step outside to the built-in Viking grill where the evening’s grill master can soak in the mountain views while preparing dinner. Then gather at the spacious dining table for eight, with extra seating at the island and game table for added flexibility.
The main level primary suite is a private sanctuary, complete with a cozy fireplace, beautiful views of the Rolex and Westside ski runs and a spa-like en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms—two king ensuites and one with two queen beds and an en-suite bath. There is a loft area that has two twin murphy beds that adds extra flexibility for families or groups.
With its blend of elevated design, effortless comfort, and unbeatable location, Capitol Peak is everything you want in a mountain home—right at the base of it all.
