Located on the mountain just a few minutes from the skiing, Chalet Fuego is a beautiful mountain retreat, perfectly combining mountain warmth and modern design. This spacious residence is an ideal home base for families seeking convenience and all the comforts you deserve on your Steamboat vacation.
A cozy great room invites relaxation with high ceilings, a large comfortable couch, a flat screen TV, and a stunning double-sided stone fireplace.
The chefs in your group will love the professionally equipped kitchen with double Wolf ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, custom cabinetry, and stone countertops. The open kitchen allows conversation and interaction with seating for eight at the dining table by the fireplace, with an additional four seats at the kitchen bar. There’s a BBQ grill on the deck just off the kitchen. A half bath is located off the kitchen between the laundry room and the attached garage.
A beautiful king suite on the main floor is private and elegant with a gas fireplace, access to the hot tub, and a wonderful walk-in closet. A beautiful ensuite has every convenience with a double sink, soaking tub, and separate glass shower.
On the upper level, the primary king suite has a private deck with spectacular views of the Sleeping Giant and Emerald mountains. Enjoy the nearby sitting area with cozy seating and a gas-stone fireplace and plenty of natural light. Also on the upper level, kids will love the bunk room with a full over full bunk bed, a full over king bunk bed, a wall-mounted TV, and their very own full-sized billiards table.
Get ready for family game or movie night in the lower-level recreation room, complete with a wet bar, a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a hand-made wood table for board games. Walk out to the sideyard to enjoy a beautiful fire pit for s’mores and stargazing. Two more bedrooms with ensuite baths are on the lower level, including a split king room and another bunk room.

Chalet Fuego can be rented as Fuerza Grande in conjunction with its beautiful sister property, Chalet Beliza, next door. Combined, they are 10 bedrooms, 9 full baths, and sleep 26.
Parking is restricted to no more than three vehicles on site – one in the garage and two on the driveway.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
