The Elk Mountain Residence at One Steamboat Place offers luxury, sunset views and convenient slopeside access. The Elk Mountain Residence is over 2,500 square feet of pure comfort for a group of up to 12 guests.
This wonderful private residence perched on the sixth floor features a large living area that receives natural sunlight in the mornings and afternoons with views spanning the entire valley. The open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather.
The comfortable mountain furnishings will invite you to relax together in the great room, taking in the amazing views of the valley, while enjoying the gas fireplace with stone surround and flat screen TV.
Everything you’ll need to entertain and feed your group can be found in the professionally equipped kitchen that includes Viking appliances, custom cabinetry, plenty of workspace and center island. Or grill outside on the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck and watch the sunset.
This residence is designed for entertaining, with seating for 10 at a custom dining table with space for 3 more at the kitchen island.
One Steamboat Place residences feature rich colors, natural textures, and sumptuous fabrics throughout. Each primary bedroom offers a gas fireplace. The attached bath features a steam shower and soaking tub. In this residence, two bedrooms offer a king bed with private bath. The third bedroom has a king bed, and the fourth offers a fun bunk set up with two twin over queen beds, all with private bathrooms.
The home office boasts high speed Wi-Fi allowing Internet service for all guests.
Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival.

With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
