The Duet Grande brings together Aria Ridge and Nocturne View to create a design-forward mountain retreat ideal for multiple families or friends vacationing together. Perfectly positioned near the resort base area, the combination of these neighboring homes offers ski slope views, elevated contemporary style, and luxury amenities. Together, Aria and Nocturne accommodate 29 guests in nine bedrooms.
In both homes, the main living areas are designed for gathering without feeling crowded. The open-concept great rooms are anchored by striking three-sided fireplaces that seamlessly connect the living and dining spaces that are framed by floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the slopes beyond.
The kitchens are equally impressive and are the hubs for entertaining. They both feature professional-grade Thermador appliances, wine refrigerators, warming ovens, built-in Miele coffee makers, and water bottle filling stations. Seating options are abundant. The kitchen island at Aria has five stools and a round dining table for 10. Nocturne has counter seating for four and a dining table for eight.
Both residences extend to spacious decks with private hot tubs, premium grills, comfortable chairs, and a front-row seat to all the activity on the ski slopes.
At the end of the day, guests can unwind as they sink into nine luxurious bedrooms. In Aria Ridge, the primary suite, located on the entry level, is a luxurious sanctuary with a king bed, fireplace, and seating area overlooking the slopes. Its ensuite bathroom invites relaxation with a soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and double vanity. The main level includes a playful bunk-style room with three full beds and easy access to a shared bathroom.
On the lower level, three guest bedrooms provide flexible family-friendly sleeping arrangements. One spacious king bedroom also has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. It shares a bathroom with the next-door bedroom that features two queen beds. The bathroom is designed with a double vanity and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a combined tub/shower.
Nocturne View’s four bedrooms are designed with comfort and style in mind. The primary suite is a corner room on the entry level with endless views that stretch down the valley. There’s a cozy fireplace, TV, and desk space. Completing this spacious retreat is an ensuite bathroom that features a long double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower.
Three bedrooms, each with their own personalities, are located on the lower level. A corner bedroom features a queen 4-poster bed and TV. It shares a bathroom with a bunk room that is perfect for a group full of kids or teens. It boasts two full-over-full bunk beds, each with twin trundles. The third bedroom with whimsical decor, two queen beds, and a TV, features an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo.
Both residences have easy access to an outside staircase that leads down the hillside to walk over to Ski Time Square at the base of the Resort. From Nocturne View, guests walk just a few steps from the garage. In Aria Ridge, there is a door on the lower level that goes out straight to the staircase.
Additional amenities in both homes include a laundry room with two washer/dryer sets, air conditioning, boot dryers, and garage parking for two cars.
Note: These homes are not connected internally, and access to each side is through the main entry door or garage. Aria Ridge is pet-friendly, with an additional cleaning fee and written approval. Please contact us for more details.
