The walk-in lower level has a private bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and full bath. On the second floor, two ample queen bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bath. A primary suite awaits down the hall with a king bed, TV, and gorgeous ensuite.
Grab a drink and a towel and head one more flight up to the rooftop deck and hot tub. Enjoy views of the Steamboat Ski Area and the Flattops wilderness from this one-of-a-kind viewpoint.
Whether you come in winter to access the slopes from our convenient skier shuttle or in summer to hike and bike miles of nearby trails, Capitol House is a great family getaway with lots of natural light, modern amenities, and a convenient location.
PARKING
This home has parking for two vehicles in the garage only. There is no driveway parking. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the Urban Way neighborhood.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
