Morningside Ridge is a spectacular 3-bedroom residence at Edgemont, one of Steamboat's luxury additions. This exclusive slopeside property is located right on Steamboat Ski Area's Stampede Run just above the base area village and enjoys views of the ski mountain and the pristine Yampa Valley.
When you aren’t on one of the balconies enjoying the view, you can relax in the open-plan living room. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The natural rock gas fireplace creates a warm focus and gathering place to unwind after a day of adventures on the mountain.
The fully equipped professional kitchen will inspire you to cook like a Michelin-star chef. The 6-burner Viking range and GE Monogram appliances are complemented by the custom cabinetry and stone countertops.
There is seating for eight at the dining room table and an additional four at the kitchen bar so entertaining a larger group is easy.
The interior design of this delightful 3-bedroom residence is both warm and inviting with a modern mountain feel. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a gas fireplace. There is also a private balcony, walk-in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access. The third bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed and one twin bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with two sinks and a large shower.
Beyond this spacious residence, guests can enjoy Edgemont's community amenities that include a spectacular heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy a conversation over s'mores and hot chocolate, and an indoor community lounge with gas fireplace.
There is parking for one vehicle in the underground parking garage. Note: Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the garage or elsewhere on the Edgemont property.
Morningside Ridge is in the Edgemont building that’s located at the edge of the Stampede green-rated ski run. The community amenities include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub with mountain views, an outdoor fire pit, a sunny indoor lounge with a gas fireplace, and fitness room. You’ll be able to walk out to the ski slope directly from the ski locker room.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will access the green-rated Stampede ski trail directly from the ski locker room that's located on Level 1 of the Edgemont building. To return to the residence, you'll ski right to the ski locker door on the Stampede run.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go.
In addition, this residence is in the Edgemont building that offers a seasonal shuttle service during ski season for transportation within the town of Steamboat.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
