The slopeside private residences at One Steamboat Place are located with easy access to the gondola. Crestone Peak is a unique residence offering views of the ski area from the living area and every bedroom. The deck directly faces Mt. Werner and you’ll enjoy the sounds of Burgess Creek in summer, as it runs next to this residence.
Crestone Peak's location with One Steamboat Place is close to the family game room and the Little Tykes Playroom to the delight of kids and parents alike. You also have easy access to the ski lockers, the Steamboat Square level and gathering room where the daily continental breakfast and après ski hors d’oeuvres and drinks are served.
This residence features a large living area with a spacious open floor plan connecting the dining and living areas to the kitchen with plenty of room to relax together. The walkout deck extends the living room and offers lovely natural light and great views.
The professionally equipped kitchen has a large island with extra seating, Viking appliances and a Nespresso machine for the coffee aficionados in your group. Outdoor grilling is a cinch with the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck. The adjoining dining area features a handcrafted dining table that seats 10 while the beautiful living room is highlighted by a large, inviting fireplace.
All three spacious bedrooms are beautifully appointed with the primary enjoying the added ambiance of a large gas fireplace. The bedrooms boast luxurious mattresses, contemporary décor, televisions, plenty of closet space and beautiful views of the base area, Mt. Werner and the Yampa Valley. The primary bathroom features a separate makeup area, steam shower, Jacuzzi tub and dual sink vanity. The bunk room offers two sets of custom built-in twin bunks and separate bathroom.
Among the standout amenities of Crestone Peak, is a secluded home office with high-speed WiFi throughout the residence.

Enjoy all the Timbers Resorts signature touches throughout One Steamboat Place, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
