Beaver Mountain residence overlooks the beautiful Yampa Valley and is very centrally located in the building making access to the pool, hot tubs, fitness center and spa equally simple as it is to access the gathering room, wine room and members' ski locker room. The slope side, private luxury residences at One Steamboat Place are located on Steamboat Square and offer ultimate mountain access.
The home features a large living area and its open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather for meals, conversation in front of the large stone fireplace or watching a movie. A beautiful and professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight any aspiring chefs and there is a built-in Viking gas grill on the deck. There is seating for 10 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island.
The primary suite features valley views, a glowing gas fireplace and a spacious attached bath complete with a large dual sink vanity, a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. Each with their own bathroom, the junior primary, king bedroom and dual full bedroom all enjoy large windows inviting natural light and valley views. Beaver Mountain comfortably accommodates 8.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Enjoy all the Timbers Resorts signature touches throughout One Steamboat Place, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SHUTTLE
One Steamboat Place operates its free in-town shuttle service on a first-come, first-served basis from 7am to 10:45pm. Please request a ride at the front desk.

Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
