The Maroon Mountain Residence at One Steamboat Place is newly renovated and offers luxury four-bedroom accommodations with views over the entrance to Steamboat Square and the west valley. This residence location has great access to the heated pool and spa.
This private residence features an open floor plan that flows from the great room to the kitchen, making entertaining a breeze. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, the great room has plenty of plush seating, a cozy fireplace, and a large wall-mounted TV, for the ultimate relaxation spot after a full day of mountain fun. Access a private deck with a built-in Viking gas grill and enjoy the fresh air in warmer months.
A beautiful kitchen is complimented by Viking appliances, stone countertops, custom cabinetry, and a center island. A large kitchen bar offers seating for 4 onlookers. A beautiful new dining area offers a private space and ample seating for family gatherings, the perfect cozy place to catch up over a home-cooked meal.
Just off the great room, a renovated primary king suite has a gas fireplace and a large TV, stylish furnishings, and an attached bath with dual vanities, a steam shower, and a soaking tub. Down the hall from the kitchen and dining area is a beautiful king suite with a TV and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub. A queen suite next door offers two queen beds and a private bath. A fourth bedroom down the hall from the entry is one the kids will love with a set of built-in twin-over-queen bunks as well as a desk, an Xbox, a TV, a computer, and a private bath.
The home office boasts high-speed Wi-Fi allowing Internet service for all guests.

With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
