The recently remodeled Sopris Mountain residence at One Steamboat Place offers the ultimate slopeside access and luxury lodging close to Steamboat Square and the gondola. With stunning views of the ski area from the main living area and a private deck, you will be greeted with plenty of wow factor.
This beautiful home features an open floor plan connecting the great room, dining area, and kitchen creating plenty of space for gathering and entertaining. Enjoy mountain views from a large sectional couch in the great room, while lounging in front of the gas fireplace and wall-mounted TV.
A professionally equipped kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, Viking appliances, and everything your aspiring chef will need to entertain in style. A center island adds extra workspace and seating for three. Use the grill year-round at the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.
Designed for bringing people together over mealtimes, there is seating for 10 at the dining table with additional seating at the kitchen island.
All One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor. A beautiful primary king suite has a fireplace, a TV, and an ensuite featuring a steam shower and a soaking tub. Three more bedroom suites offer gas fireplaces, TVs, and private baths, including two additional king suites, and another bedroom with two full beds and an ensuite.
The home office boasts high-speed Wi-Fi allowing Internet service for all guests as well as a convenient washer and dryer.
Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival.

Enjoy all the Timbers Resorts signature touches throughout One Steamboat Place, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
