This spectacular home offers an open floor plan that connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather.
The professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight any aspiring chefs; or grill at your leisure in the great outdoors at the built-in Viking gas grill on the balcony.
A special dining area offers chic seating for 10 at the large custom table with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.
The Penthouse offers four bedroom suites, all with private bathrooms, TVs and beautiful views. The large primary bedroom with king bed enjoys a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and private deck, perfect for morning coffee or sunset views. A spa-like attached bath features a steam shower, and dual vanities. The first guest suite has a king bed and beautiful bathroom with soaking tub and double sinks. The 3rd and the 4th bedrooms offer two sets of twin over full bunk beds each. A 5th room doubles as an office/den with a queen sleeper sofa and a full bathroom.
All One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home.

One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
