This spacious residence offers gorgeous sunset views down the valley towards Elk Mountain, which you can enjoy from your own private deck or from the comfortable great room with a gas fireplace.
Tasteful furnishings complement the magnificent architecture of Edgemont. Classic mountain home touches include a native Colorado sandstone fireplace, providing a warm and cozy ambiance while you gather on comfortable couches to swap tales of your day on the mountain.
A professional-grade kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and includes a 6-burner Viking range, GE Monogram appliances, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A large center island allows for plenty of workspaces and bar seating for four. A welcoming 10-person dining room table completes this open floor plan, so your guests can enjoy the fireplace and home-cooked meals together.
Two beautiful primary king suites with ensuite baths can be configured with either a king bed or two XL twins. A queen ensuite bedroom and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk add more room options. A cozy family room with large TV offers a queen sleeper if needed. Enjoy the luxury of heated floors in all full bathrooms in the residence.
This home enjoys air conditioning in summer. There is parking for one vehicle in the underground parking garage. Note: Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the garage or elsewhere on the Edgemont property.
Snowline Ridge is in the Edgemont building that’s located at the edge of the Stampede green-rated ski run. The community amenities include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub with mountain views, an outdoor fire pit, a sunny indoor lounge with a gas fireplace, fitness room, and ski locker room.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will access the green-rated Stampede ski trail from the back door of the residence or from the ski locker room that's located on Level 1 of the Edgemont building. To return to the residence, you'll ski back down the Stampede run.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go.
In addition, this residence is in the Edgemont building that offers a seasonal shuttle service during ski season for transportation within the town of Steamboat.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
