This luxury 2-bedroom residence feels and lives bigger than you’d think with a primary suite on one side and a second split king suite on the other side of your spacious living areas. The great room is the perfect place to enjoy the fantastic view and cozy up to the inviting sandstone fireplace after a fun day on the slopes.
Meal prep in your fully equipped gourmet kitchen with ample counter and storage space will be a delight. Between the incredible views straight out the living room window and the easy view of the 65” Samsung TV, the family chef won’t miss a beat. The beautiful farm sink and high-end appliances, including a wine refrigerator, will help every home chef feel like a pro. You’ll enjoy the spacious seating for 6 at the dining table with 2 stools at the large kitchen island.
Both bedrooms offer generously sized private bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, fireplace, and large soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a great deck overlooking the ski area and the flexibility of a split king meaning you have the option of two extra-long twin beds or a king bed. The bedrooms each have 50” Samsung TVs.
There is parking for one vehicle in the underground parking garage. Note: Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the garage or elsewhere on the Edgemont property.
Sunrise Ridge is in the Edgemont building that’s located at the edge of the Stampede green-rated ski run. The community amenities include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub with mountain views, an outdoor fire pit, a sunny indoor lounge with a gas fireplace, and fitness room. You’ll be able to walk out to the ski slope directly from the ski locker room.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will access the green-rated Stampede ski trail directly from the ski locker room that's located on Level 1 of the Edgemont building. To return to the residence, you'll ski right to the ski locker door on the Stampede run.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go.
In addition, this residence is in the Edgemont building that offers a seasonal shuttle service during ski season for transportation within the town of Steamboat.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
