Union Grande is a combination of two neighboring homes, Kingdom House and Borough House, that together accommodate up to 17 guests. Each of these newly built homes are full of light, modern amenities, chic furnishings, and topped off with spectacular rooftop decks with private hot tubs and firepits.
The second level of the homes are where guests will gather in the spacious main living areas with gas fireplaces and gourmet kitchens complete with gleaming professional grade appliances and large islands.
Both homes have similar layouts with 4 bedrooms each. Three of the bedrooms are located on the third level. Kingdom House has a primary king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a queen bedroom that shares a bathroom with the bunkroom that has twin over queen beds. The primary king suite in Borough House is also located on the third level, along with two fun twin-over-twin bunkrooms that share a jack-and-jill bath. One of the bunk rooms has an additional twin trundle. The fourth bedroom in each of the homes is a queen on the walk-in lower level, just off the front entry.
Other amenities for each home include air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a two-car garage. These two townhomes are separated by a walkway between them.
Located in the Urban Way neighborhood, Union Grande is conveniently located to the ski slopes, hiking and biking trails, the Yampa River for fishing and tubing, and one of the best pickleball and tennis centers in Colorado.
PARKING
There is parking for four vehicles total between the two residences, in the garages only. There is no driveway parking. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the Urban Way neighborhood.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go.

IN-HOME GUEST ESSENTIALS
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home enjoys air conditioning in summer.
