Located close to the gondola in the heart of the mountain village, the slopeside private residences at One Steamboat Place offer ultimate slopeside convenience. Horsetooth Mountain is the perfect residence for families with a bunk room that sleeps six and close proximity to the pool, hot tubs and Gondola Square.
Horsetooth Mountain provides easy access to the ski lockers and the gathering room with a large blazing fireplace and where the daily continental breakfast and après ski hors d’oeuvres and drinks are served.
This residence features a large living area with a spacious open floor plan connecting the dining and living areas to the kitchen with plenty of room to relax together. A flat screen TV and comfortable seating provide entertainment after a full day of activity. The walkout deck extends the living room and offers great natural light and a fun view of the pool area and Emerald Mountain.
The kitchen is professionally equipped with Viking appliances, a large island with extra seating and plenty of space enough for the chefs in your group to share the meal prep each night. Outdoor grilling is a cinch with the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck while you watch the kids swim in the pool below. The adjoining dining area features a large dining table and bench seats that allow for flexible seating while the beautiful living room is highlighted by a large, inviting fireplace and updated furnishings.
All four spacious bedrooms are exceptionally furnished with the primary enjoying the added ambiance of a large gas fireplace. The bedrooms boast luxurious mattresses, contemporary décor, large screen TVs and abundant natural light. The primary bathroom features a steam shower, Jacuzzi tub and dual sink vanity. The guest suite offers a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a steam shower and jacuzzi tub to relax in after a day on the slopes. The bunk room has three sets of custom built-in bunks - two full bunk beds and one twin bunk.

Enjoy all the Timbers Resorts signature touches throughout One Steamboat Place, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
