Panoramic views of Steamboat’s ski area, Sleeping Giant, and the valley will delight you from the rooftop deck at Metropolitan House. Atop this magical deck, you can relax your sore muscles from a day on the mountain in the hot tub, or kick back with a cocktail while admiring Steamboat Springs.
The main level has all you need with a spacious great room featuring a lovely living room with a gas fireplace, a deck with mountain views, a dining area and table with seating for 6, plus breakfast bar seating for 4, and an open with a walk-in pantry where you can stock your supplies for your stay! For added convenience, this level has air conditioning and a powder room.
On the ground level of this beautiful townhome is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
On the third level of the home, you will find the primary bedroom with a large picture window with views of the mountain, a four-poster bed, and a spacious ensuite with a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a split King / 2 XL Twin beds bedroom, with access to the full bathroom in the hallway.
Keep following the stairs up one more level to the showstopper of this home – the rooftop deck! Here you will be greeted by a stunning panoramic view of Steamboat Springs. The ski area is straight ahead, downtown is to the west, and Emerald Mountain is to the south. You really get it all up here! Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, relax in the Adirondack chairs, or sit with a snack or meal at the bartop table. You’ll quickly find this to be your favorite spot in the home!
Just a quick shuttle to the mountain or downtown, Metropolitan House lives up to its name of giving you city-like conveniences but in the heart of our quaint mountain town.

PARKING
This home has parking for two vehicles in the garage only. There is no driveway parking. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the Urban Way neighborhood.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
