The stunning great room on the upper floor boasts cathedral ceilings, tasteful stone accents, and huge windows, creating a bright and inviting space to share stories from the day while cozying up to the large fireplace. The spacious dining table seats 10 with additional seating for five at the oversized kitchen counter. The kitchen is central to this level, offering high-end appliances that include a 6-burner stove and double oven, a warming drawer, and a Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers in your group. You’ll also find the spacious covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and your gas grill on this level for year-round enjoyment.
On the upper level is a luxurious primary suite with a fireplace, deck access, TV, and a spectacular ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate vanities. Perfect for families, a short ladder from the bedroom leads to a loft with two twin beds and a TV.
On the main level is another beautiful king suite with a luxurious ensuite with a soaking tub, separate vanities, and a walk-in closet. From this level, access a private hot tub for a late-night soak after a day on the mountain.
On the lower level are two more bedrooms, each with its own private bath. A split king bedroom offers the option of a king bed or two twin beds. The other room the kids will love with one queen bunk bed, and one full bunk bed.
The fun continues on the lower level with its huge home theater with recliner seating, a full wet bar, a huge built-in game table, and a super fun pinball machine that kids of every age will love.
A double washer and dryer set means you won’t have to overpack, but if you do, you’ll find plenty of storage space for your belongings with ample drawer and closet space throughout Appaloosa Mountain Lodge. With over 1,000 square feet of deck space, this residence begs you to appreciate the irresistible mountain and sunset views.

Getting to the Tennis Center at Steamboat could not be more convenient for your next pickleball or tennis match. For easy access to the ski slopes, you can utilize the private Wildhorse gondola, just a 5-minute walk from the home and takes you straight up to the main gondola. Or simply schedule a pickup with the Moving Mountains complimentary ski shuttle to be whisked right up to the base area or downtown for shopping and dining. All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
