Newly remodeled with a stylish mountain contemporary design, Rustlers Lodge is both an exquisite and incredibly comfortable sanctuary for your family’s Steamboat vacation. Enjoy the spacious feel of this home with its tasteful décor, air conditioning, elevator, private hot tub, luxury furnishings, oversized decks, and views for days. Beautifully situated to capture the expansive Yampa Valley views, Rustlers Lodge is generously outfitted with huge windows to bring the views indoors.
Bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and a massive fireplace for gathering, the great room will be your family’s favorite hub for dining, relaxing, and catching up. It’s a great place for a book, puzzle, or board game. Take advantage of the irresistible view by grilling and dining outdoors on the huge deck outfitted with a gas grill, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a toasty outdoor gas fire pit.
A gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, dual sinks, a gas range, and everything the chef in your group requires to create family meals. An oversized kitchen island adds seating for two more and doubles as a perfect spot to catch up over coffee in the morning.
Five bedrooms comfortably sleep 14 with four luxury king suites and a bunk room. After your busy day, the main level primary suite is the ideal retreat for relaxing by the cozy fireplace, and in warmer months, take advantage of the zoned air conditioning. The primary suite has a large smart TV and a beautiful ensuite, where a generous soaking tub, double vanity, and spacious glass steam shower await.
On the upper level, a spacious king suite with a TV has an extra day bed and an ensuite with a large walk-in shower. An office and sitting area with a TV in the upper-level loft makes a great place for remote workers to stay connected, or to relax with a good book. A second king suite enjoys deck access, a TV, and an ensuite with a bathtub.
Kids and adults alike will love the lower level family room for a movie or game night stretched out on the giant sectional with yet another wonderful gas fireplace, high ceilings, large windows, a ping-pong table, and a deck leading out to a private hot tub with an additional outdoor seating area. Two bedrooms with private ensuites are on the lower level, a king suite with deck and hot tub access, and a fun bunkroom for the kids with two twin-over-twin bunks.
A garage offers space for one car and your gear. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter months.
Note: The community pool and fitness center is currently undergoing renovations and is temporarily closed. The anticipated reopening date is on or after July 1, 2026, and is subject to change. We recommend speaking with a Moving Mountains reservation specialist for the most updated information prior to booking this home.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
