Towering above Steamboat’s ski slopes, this spectacular penthouse offers ski-in/ski-out access, luxury amenities and panoramic views. A warm, Western feel reflective of the area’s heritage permeates the exquisite interior design of this 5-bedroom residence. The ski area and vistas beyond unfold as you step into the open living area with vaulted ceilings, oversized windows and gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen features professional-grade appliances and a large island with bar seating for six people. Gather around the 10-person dining table, perfectly situated to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset. Step outside for some fresh mountain air on the balcony, complete with a gas grill, dining table and outdoor seating. As the day winds down, retreat to the five welcoming bedrooms. Wake up in the primary king suite to views that stretch beyond the horizon. Your private retreat features a gas fireplace, access to the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and separate shower and tub. Opposite the main living space from the primary suite are two more king bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms with single vanities and showers. Continue down the hall to where the family fun begins. You’ll find the perfect hangout for playing pool, board games, and watching movies. Off the family room is a bunk room with three sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Another bedroom has one set of full-over-full bunk beds and two full beds. Both bedrooms share a private balcony and bathroom with separate tub and shower. For guests’ comfort and convenience, the residence has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and enjoys air conditioning in summer. Guests also have access to one parking space in the underground garage. Nightfall Ridge is in the Edgemont building that’s located at the edge of the Stampede green-rated ski run. The community amenities include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub with mountain views, an outdoor fire pit, a sunny indoor lounge with a gas fireplace, and fitness room. You’ll be able to walk out to the ski slope directly from the ski locker room. SKI ACCESS Guests will access the green-rated Stampede ski trail directly from the ski locker room that's located on Level 1 of the Edgemont building. To return to the residence, you'll ski right to the ski locker door on the Stampede run. Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations. SHUTTLE This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go. In addition, this residence is in the Edgemont building that offers a seasonal shuttle service during ski season for transportation within the town of Steamboat. GUEST SERVICES Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services. IN HOME AMENITIES All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
