Convenience and contemporary chic come together with Nokota Lodge. The home’s living spaces and 5 bedrooms are spread throughout 3 levels of this light-filled modern home, with stylish and colorful touches. Nokota is centrally situated in the Wildhorse Meadows neighborhood. Thus, the fitting name – ‘Nokota’ is a wild horse breed that roams the Badlands of North Dakota. But your group won’t have to roam far, as there is something close for everyone with easy access to the ski slopes, bike trails, tennis and pickleball center, downtown Steamboat, and a community outdoor pool.
Guests will be drawn to the main level with an open kitchen, dining, and living area that extends out onto a deck with mountain and valley views all around. A large island for prepping, serving, and dining is the centerpiece of the kitchen with its gourmet appliances. You’ll flow from the kitchen to the dining area with a sleek glass and metal table that seats 10 or out to the deck with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining table for 8. Enjoy entertaining or relaxing in the living area with a gas fireplace and big-screen TV.
The primary bedroom is also located on this main level and has sliding glass doors out to the deck. Or close the blackout shades and nestle into the comfortable king bed. A luxurious ensuite bathroom features a double vanity and glass shower.
Topping the home off, up one level from the main level, is a rooftop patio with a hot tub where you can soak while watching the sunset light up the mountain and valley views that surround you.
The lower level is where all the kids will be hanging out in a family room with a big screen TV for movies, and two bunk rooms. One of the rooms has two sets of bunks with twin-over-queen beds. The second has one twin-over-queen bunk. The third bedroom on this level is a comfortable king room. All three bedrooms share the full bathroom on this level with a shower/tub combination.
On the ground level of the home, you will find another king bedroom with blackout shades for an ultimate night’s sleep and access to a full bathroom. Finishing out the ground level is a large laundry room and a quiet, tucked-away workspace. The main entry to the home is on this level through the main door or one-car garage.
The home enjoys air conditioning for the warmer summer months and an air purifier system throughout.
Escape to Nokota Lodge, where the perfect blend of modern luxury and mountain adventure awaits. Your dream vacation in Steamboat Springs begins here.
