Kingdom House is a new 4-bedroom, 4-level townhome with modern amenities, windows all around to fill the home with light, and spectacular views from the rooftop deck. The residence is conveniently located to the ski slopes, hiking and biking trails, the Yampa River for fishing and tubing, and one of the best pickleball and tennis centers in Colorado.
Up one flight of stairs is the main level with everything you need to entertain, cook, relax, watch movies, and play board games with the family. A spacious, sleek kitchen makes cooking fun, and the center island makes prepping and serving easy. There’s plenty of seating for everyone to gather around for a meal with four barstools at the island and a dining table that seats six.
Expanding to the other side of the dining area is the main living room. Cozy up on the large leather sofas with a gas fireplace in the corner that adds even more warmth to the space. Walk out from the living area onto a deck where you can enjoy views of Emerald Mountain and stunning sunsets while grilling on the gas BBQ.
When everyone is ready to retire for the night, head up to the third level which houses three of the residence’s four bedrooms, all of which have blackout shades for a restful night’s sleep. A comfortable queen bedroom is at the top of the stairs. The bunk room is next door with twin-over-queen beds. These two rooms share views of the top of the ski area, and also share a bathroom.
Down the hall is the luxurious primary king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Outside this bedroom is a convenient laundry closet with a stacking washer and dryer.
Then for the icing on the cake, ascend one more flight of stairs to the rooftop deck. Step out to a large space and soak in the views – the ski mountain on one side and on the other the expansive Yampa Valley with the Flat Top mountains in the distance. The deck is outdoor living at its finest where you can sit around a firepit sipping coffee or a glass of wine or immersed in the hot tub.
The fourth bedroom is a comfortable ensuite queen located on the ground level, easily accessible as you enter the residence on the street level either through the front door or the garage.
Whether you come to ski, hike, bike, fish, or simply relax and take in the fresh mountain air and scenery, Kingdom House is the perfect mountain getaway - centrally located with beautiful views and all the modern amenities.
