The slopeside private residences at One Steamboat Place are located with easy access to Steamboat Square and the gondola. With four bedrooms, Guadalupe Mountain is a beautiful residence offering luxury lodging within this world-class resort and spa.
This four bedroom residence with large private deck is a beautiful home with a prime location in the center wing, allowing direct elevator access to the ski valet and Steamboat Square.
A beautiful kitchen design is complimented by professional Viking and Sub Zero appliances, plenty of workspace and a center island. Take advantage of the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck for year-round use.
One Steamboat Place residences are designed for entertaining. This residence is no exception with seating for 10 at the dining table and room for more at the kitchen island. This residence features a large living area, and its open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, this living area includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable couches for relaxing after a day on the mountain.
Guadalupe Mountain offers a primary bedroom with king bed, gas fireplace and an oversized ensuite bathroom with steam shower, double sink vanity, rain showerhead, and jacuzzi tub. The guest suite also offers a king bed, the third bedroom features a queen bed and the fourth has two twin over full bunk beds, all with full private bathrooms.
The home office boasts high speed Wi-Fi allowing Internet service for all guests.

One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
