With its polished interiors, spacious gathering areas, and clean contemporary styling, Crescendo Crest is the perfect blend of Western soul and modern sophistication, creating an inviting retreat for guests who appreciate elevated design and comfortable luxury. This newly built townhome offers incredible ski slope views and easy access to Steamboat Resort’s revitalized base area.
The main living area on the upper level is a true showpiece. It’s an expansive, open space with floor-to-ceiling windows that invite in the views. The layout creates an easy flow for gathering and lounging. A dramatic see-through fireplace separates the living room from the dining area where 8 guests can gather around the dining table. Just beyond the kitchen, a second sitting area with a large TV gives groups room to spread out.
The kitchen is the centerpiece of this level. Designed for both style and function, it features high-end Thermador appliances, wine refrigerator, warming oven, and two dishwashers. Two separate islands, one lined with five counter stools and five more on the other island, make this area a natural hub for everything from morning coffee to après-ski snacks.
Entertaining extends out on the spacious deck. Enjoy dining alfresco around a dining table for four. The grill master in your group will be thrilled with the premium built-in grill with counter space. And to soak away your day, settle into the private hot tub and watch the alpenglow over the ski mountain.
Crescendo Crest comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in four well-designed bedrooms. The primary king suite on the main entry level beckons guests with warm, cozy finishings, a fireplace, TV, sitting area, and front row views of the ski mountain. The large, sleek ensuite bathroom provides plenty of space, with a long double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower.
A sitting area off the foyer on this main level is a perfect space for some quiet reading and also features a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding.
Three more bedrooms are on the lower level. A queen bedroom also has a twin daybed with twin trundle, and a neighboring bedroom features two queen beds. These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. Offering extra privacy, there is a king bedroom at the end of the hall. This room’s private ensuite bathroom boasts a double vanity and a combined tub/shower.
From the lower level, step outside to a staircase that leads down the hillside to walk over to Ski Time Square at the base of the Resort.
Additional amenities include a laundry room with two washer/dryer sets, air conditioning, and boot dryers.
There is parking for one vehicle only in the garage. Note: there is no driveway parking allowed.
