Time Flys Lodge is a stunning home in a prime location close to the slopes, for the perfect Steamboat vacation. This stunning residence combines contemporary elegance with chic and stylish decor that appeals to all tastes.
This modern home offers luxurious comfort and great convenience for your ski vacation. Located a short walk from the Thunderhead ski lift, with views of the mountain and valley all around you through the large windows and from the decks.
The cozy great room offers a place to relax in front of the large gas fireplace with stunning stone surround, while you take in a movie on the big screen TV or soak in the views. Barn wood accents and classy furnishings and artistic lighting give this space plenty of wow factor. A corner table with seating for five is great for a game night.
An elegant dining area with seating for 10 is the perfect setting for family or group dinners and provides easy access to a beautiful deck with seating, a firepit, and stunning views of the ski mountain and valley beyond.
A showstopper gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and surrounds a huge central island, offering an abundance of counter space for 5-star entertaining. Modern and classic white cabinets complement stainless steel appliances that include a 5-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The island has seating for six people for a great breakfast option or additional seating for dinner guests. The kitchen has spectacular views through the large windows that face the mountain.
A beautiful primary king suite is on the main floor and features extra high ceilings and mountain views from the large windows. The primary ensuite has dual vanities, a 6-head shower, and a large, free-standing soaking bathtub to help you relax after a day in the outdoors.
Upstairs, a beautiful office and reading area includes a desk and printer, convenient for remote workers. Also on this upper level is a king room and large bathroom with dual sinks, a shower, and a large soaking bathtub. Through the bathroom is a bedroom that will sleep three with a twin bunk bed and twin bed. On the opposite side of the office area is another bedroom with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower.
On the lower level lives a fifth bedroom with queen bunk beds and an extra queen, sleeping up to six people. The adjacent open-plan bunk room and family room feature another four built-in queen bunks neatly outfitted with individual lighting and charging stations.
The family room is a fun gathering spot with a large 75" TV and couches for ultimate movie nights or sporting events. From here you walk out to your private covered hot tub where you can look up at the mountain and relive your day's adventures.
With easy walk-to-ski access or shuttle service to the base area from the door this home offers ideal convenience for skiers. There is a heated ski room for storing equipment and boot dryers to ensure you start off your day on the right foot.
SKI ACCESS
Guests can walk out of the ski room on the home's lower level, down a few steps to the main road, then it's a 150 yard walk to the Thunderhead Lift. To return to the residence, you'll ski back to the Thunderhead Lift and walk down the road toward the home.
Ski access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
