The Hahn's Peak residence, which spans a bridge at the entrance to One Steamboat Place, offers a grandstand view of the ski mountain. Located in the heart of Steamboat Square, close to the gondola and slopeside convenience.
The large open floor plan combines the kitchen, dining and living areas to create a free-flowing space. The professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances, plus outdoor grill on the deck, will delight aspiring chefs in your group.
This residence is designed for entertaining with a dining table that will seat 10. Larger groups can seat another three guests at the kitchen island. Additional chairs are available for additional dinner guests.
One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home. Each primary bedroom offers a gas fireplace and an ensuite bath featuring a steam shower and soaking tub. In this residence, you would choose which three of the four bedrooms you would like to use. There are two king bedrooms, one bedroom with an XL twin-over-queen bunk bed, and another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. All have ensuite bathrooms.
A large flat screen TV in the great room provides entertainment after a full day of activity. The residence has WiFi and space for remote work in a small office nook.

With complimentary continental breakfast, and après ski, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.
One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
