As you enter on the street level, the main living space opens up in front of you. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and great room enjoy an abundance of natural light streaming in through the large windows. The sleek gas fireplace anchors the space, while a comfortable seating area invites you to unwind after a day on the mountain. Or walk out to the patio and step into your private hot tub for an end of day soak.
The gourmet kitchen is as functional as it is stylish, with a large island, high-end appliances, and plenty of prep space. There’s a propane grill close by on the patio. The dining table seats 8 guests and seating for 5 at the island keeps things casual.
The spacious primary suite is conveniently located on the main level, featuring a king bed, TV, blackout shades, a washer/dryer in the large walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bath with a double vanity and a large shower.
Three more luxurious bedrooms are on the upper level. One king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Two more bedrooms, one a king and one with two twin beds share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Blackout shades and TVs in each bedroom turn them all into relaxing retreats.
Tucked into the landing on the upper level is a workspace nook with a desk and chair, and gigabit internet, ideal for catching up on emails or planning the next day’s adventures. And for convenience, there is a stacking washer/dryer.
Additional luxury amenities that elevate the guest experience are radiant floor heating and air conditioning thermostats in each room, Roku streaming devices on each TV, and a dog wash station in the garage.
With a clean, contemporary aesthetic accented by warm mountain tones, Principal House offers both sophistication and comfort.

PARKING
This home has parking for one car in the garage and one small vehicle in the driveway. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the Urban Way neighborhood.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
