The slopeside private residences at One Steamboat Place are located adjacent to the plaza in Steamboat's Mountain Village with easy access to the gondola. Diamond Peak Penthouse has two views: the breathtaking view of the Yampa Valley, and the plaza view overlooking the excitement of the new base area.
Art lovers will appreciate the original artwork selected by the owner that brings out vibrant colors found throughout the residence.
Walk into Diamond Peak Penthouse and you will be drawn to the vaulted ceiling and large living room window overlooking the south valley. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, this living area includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable couches for relaxing after a day on the mountain.
A professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight any aspiring chefs; or grill in the great outdoors at the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.
The adjoining dining area features a handcrafted dining table that beautifully complements the fine craftsmanship of the contemporary interior.
One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home. Each primary bedroom offers a gas fireplace and an ensuite bath featuring a steam shower and soaking tub. In this residence, you would choose which three of the four bedrooms you would like to use. There are two king bedrooms, one bedroom with two XL twin-over-queen bunk beds, and another bedroom with two full-sized beds. All have ensuite bathrooms.
The home office boasts high-speed Wi-Fi allowing Internet service for all guests.
Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival.

One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
