Welcome to Spotted Saddle Lodge, where contemporary mountain luxury meets relaxed, family-friendly comfort. This stunning 5-bedroom newly built luxury home offers views of the ski slopes and the beautiful Yampa Valley. With stylish interiors, exceptional amenities, and space for up to 16 guests, this modern retreat is perfect for ski vacations, family reunions, and year-round mountain getaways.
The spacious main living area is located on the upper level of the home, providing elevated views of the ski mountain and the sprawling Yampa Valley. Gather in the living room around a gas fireplace for conversation, games or movies on the big screen TV.
The kitchen is a stunner with its high-end appliances, artistic tile, big walk-in pantry, wine fridge, and large island with bar seating for four. Enjoy meals with a view of the ski slopes from the 10-person dining table. Or in warmer months, take your dining al fresco on the large deck with a gas grill, firepit, and dining table.
The primary king suite is on this upper level off the main living space. Relax in luxury with a fireplace, TV, private deck with firepit, and large bathroom with soaking tub and separate steam shower.
The home’s lower level is where the fun and games begin. The sunken family room features a big screen TV, arcade game, air hockey and a climbing wall. No need to venture far when everyone gets hungry and thirsty from all this activity. There’s a wet bar complete with a beverage refrigerator and sink.
Slow down the pace on the heated outdoor deck. It's located off the main level, with comfortable seating, outdoor heaters, and a relaxing private hot tub.
The additional four bedrooms are split between the lower level and main level. On the lower level close to the family room, kids will delight in two bunk rooms, both of them with ensuite bathrooms. One of the bunk rooms features two twin-over-double bunks. The second bunk room has three sets of twin-over-twin beds.
On the main level of the home, a queen room with an ensuite bathroom with a shower only is off the main entry as you come in the front door of the home. Down the hall is a king bedroom. The bathroom features a shower only and is accessible through the bedroom, as well as the hall.
Spotted Saddle Lodge is full of modern amenities for guests’ ultimate comfort, including a Sonos sound system, full laundry room and mud room coming in from the 2-car garage where you’ll also find a boot dryer and EV charger. There is additional parking in the driveway for two vehicles. And guests will enjoy air conditioning in warmer months.
This residence is in the sought-after Wildhorse neighborhood that is centrally located between downtown Steamboat and the ski resort. It’s close to walking/biking paths, and the local tennis/pickleball center is within walking distance.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Colorado's mountain towns are busy with construction each spring, summer, and fall. This home is experiencing disruption from a nearby project. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows. Rates have been reduced to accommodate inconveniences that may be present.
ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
For added convenience, guests at Spotted Saddle have easy access to the Trailhead Lodge amenities, including the pool, hot tubs, fitness, and game rooms. Getting to the Tennis Center at Steamboat could not be more convenient for your next pickleball or tennis match. For easy access to the ski slopes, you can utilize the private Wildhorse gondola, just a 5-minute walk from the home and takes you straight up to the main gondola. Or simply schedule a pickup with the Moving Mountains complimentary ski shuttle to be whisked right up to the base area or downtown for shopping and dining.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
