The Sleeping Giant residence at One Steamboat Place is a beautiful luxury home located close to the gondola with unrivaled slopeside access. Beautifully appointed, with incredible amenities, you will feel right at home after a day of adventures on the mountain.
The Sleeping Giant Residence features a large living area with a wonderful south-valley view. The spacious open floor plan connects the dining and living areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for a group to relax together. A large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and comfortable couches invite relaxation after a day on the mountain.
The professionally equipped kitchen offers Viking appliances or uses the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.
The adjoining dining area features a handcrafted dining table that beautifully complements the fine craftsmanship of the contemporary interior of this residence.
There are four bedrooms in this grand residence, each with a fireplace and ensuite bath, including two king suites, one queen suite, and a room with two twin beds. The primary ensuite features a steam shower and a luxurious soaking tub.
In-home high-speed Wi-Fi and an office area allow Internet service for all guests and a place for remote workers.
Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival.

One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.
SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
