The slopeside private residences at One Steamboat Place offer premier lodging right in Steamboat Square. Three Forks Mountain is ideal for a couple when the home is converted to a 1-bedroom by locking off the other two bedrooms. This listing is for the 1-bedroom option.
The large open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and living areas creating a free-flowing space at the heart of the residence. Aspiring chefs will delight in the professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances and the opportunity to grill outside on the built-in Viking gas barbecue grill on the private deck. The deck also gets wonderful warming sun in the mornings to sit out and enjoy your coffee.
The adjoining dining area features a handcrafted dining table that seats eight, and there are stools for three more people at the kitchen bar counter.
One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home. Each primary bedroom offers a gas fireplace and an ensuite bath featuring a steam shower and soaking tub. In this residence, you would choose which one of the three bedrooms you would like to use. There are two king bedrooms and one bedroom with two full over-full bunk beds and one XL twin-over- XL twin bunk bed. All have ensuite bathrooms.
The home office boasts high-speed WiFi and the residence is conveniently located close to the impressive fitness facility and spa.

One Steamboat Place also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Steamboat.
In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.

SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
